Raj is the founder of HELM Asset Management Limited with over 20 years of experience in the property industry. Previously a Director of Insignia Richard Ellis and Partner of Matthews & Goodman, Raj has a sound working knowledge of Landlord & Tenant legislation and takes the lead in all value enhancing assignments.

A Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Arbitrator, Raj takes a particular interest in Commercial Rent Reviews & Lease Renewal cases and is well versed in arbitration proceedings.

Mandy is the co-founder of HELM Asset Management and has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Retail Banking. Mandy has held key roles in large corporates such as Ladbroke Group, Extel and Sports Council.

Given her background, Mandy provides all administrative support to the Company to ensure accurate and timely reporting to clients.
