  • Third Party referral on an Office building in South West London. Rent determined at £93,000 per annum.
  • Third party referral on retail premises in Ilford. Rent determined at £70,000 per annum.
  • Rent Review on a McDonald’s Restaurant in North London. Rent determined at £60,750 per annum.
  • Retained by a Landlord on a Rent Review with W H Smith as tenant of premises in South London.
