Our Principal Director, Raj Madhani has over 18 years of knowledge and practical experience. We are therefore capable of providing clients a focused approach in the management of their investment property assets.
Our main areas of operation are: -
- Day to day management including Rent Collection.
- Advice on Risk Management including Health & Safety.
- Structuring of Service Charges for multi-tenanted assets including offices, industrial, retail and mixed use properties.
- Service Charge administration.
- Dealing with Tenant applications for consent to Alter, Assign or Sub-let.
- Providing an outline strategy on key event dates such as Rent Reviews, Lease Renewals and Break options.

- Hammerson UK Properties plc’s City Portfolio including Senator House, a 155,414 sq ft prime office building.
- Management of New Change on behalf of the Bank of England. Prime office and Retail Building comprising over 400,000 sq ft.
- Management of Henderson Investors NPI Fund portfolio comprising a variety of properties throughout the UK.
